Refund Policy

1. General policy
We aim to be fair and practical. If Mac Fan does not work as described on your supported Mac, contact us and we will review your request.
2. Refund window
For first-time purchases, refund requests are generally reviewed within 14 days of purchase.
3. Valid reasons
Common reasons that may qualify for a refund include:
- The product does not function materially as described
- Your supported hardware is incompatible in a way not clearly disclosed
- You were charged multiple times by mistake
- A technical issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable time
4. Exclusions
Refunds may be denied where there is clear evidence of abuse, repeated refund patterns, license misuse, or where a request falls outside the stated review window without a strong justification.
5. Third-party payment processors
If your payment is processed by a merchant of record such as Paddle, the final refund flow may be handled through that provider’s billing system and policies.
